These terms of service govern the relationship between ImodIT (hereinafter: "we", "us", "our") and users of our services (hereinafter: "you", "your", "client"). By using our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.

Description of services

ImodIT provides professional IT services for small and medium businesses, including:

• IT support and computer maintenance
• Network infrastructure design and maintenance
• Cloud solutions and migration
• Cyber security and data protection
• IT consulting and strategic planning

Client obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Provide necessary access to systems and equipment
• Make payment within the agreed timeframe
• Use our services in accordance with the law

Our obligations

We commit to:

• Provide services professionally and with quality
• Maintain confidentiality of your data
• Respond to your requests within reasonable time
• Act in accordance with professional standards

Payment and pricing

Prices for our services are determined based on the agreed quote. Payment is made according to terms specified in the quote or contract. We reserve the right to change prices with prior notice.

Limitation of liability

We strive to provide the best possible service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted system operation. We are not responsible for damage caused by force majeure, actions of third parties, or your improper use of systems.

Intellectual property

All content on our website (texts, images, logos) is protected by copyright. Copying or distribution without our written consent is not permitted.

Contract termination

Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days written notice. In case of breach of terms of service, we reserve the right to immediate termination.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service. You will be notified of all significant changes via email or website announcement.

Governing law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. For all disputes, the court in Belgrade has jurisdiction.
